Contractor shall supply fully qualified and experienced personnel to undertake the services. Experience and qualifications shall be commensurate with the service being provided. All personnel supplied under the services shall have experience in the Petrochemical / Oil and gas / Fertilizer Industry. He shall have fluent written and verbal English Language skills. All personnel shall be computer literate with adequate skills to produce electronic reports. Speadsheets and input to databases . All personnel shall be familiar with the main oil and gas industry codes and standards in general use, including but not limited to, the relevant ASME, ANSI, AWS, API, ASTM, AWWA etc. codes and standards.
Minimum qualifications and experience for key personnel are detailed below.API Inspector 510 - He shall have / be –
1.A recognized diploma in mechanical or materials engineering as a minimum and must have passed API qualification in the relevant field
2.With at least 10 years experience as a static equipment inspector within the petrochemical / oil and gas/ fertilizer industry 3.Proficiency in written and spoken English
4.Knowledgeable about the identification and classification of various types of damage
5.Conversant with NDT / NDE methods and procedures and qualified as ASNT / PCN / level –II and Certified as API or ASME Vessels & piping inspector is mandatory
6.Must be able to write inspection scopes of work and be able to carry out I execute visual and boroscopic inspection
7.Able to act as a focal point to implement and execute details inspection work scopes
8.Will participate in preparing inspection work packages for plant turnarounds and ensure effective shutdown execution
9.Will act as ‘Authorized Inspector’ for undertaking examinations and to inspect fired / unfired pressure equipment heaters, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems and storage tanks.
10.Will ensure that the inspection documentation and data is kept up-date in SAP System.
11.Fully conversant with MS office
API Inspector 570 - He shall have / be -

Welding Inspector - He shall have / be
1.A recognized diploma in engineering or equivalent.
2.With at least 10 years of hand on experience in the welding inspection and testing of both onshore and offshore oil and gas industry stative equipment
3.CSWIP/AWS certificate is mandatory (Level-II RT Qualified) with the ability to interpret radiographs is essential
4.Computer literate (Fully conversant with MS office) 5.Proficiency in written and spoken English
Painting and Coating Inspector - He shall have / be
1.A recognized diploma in engineering or equivalent.
2.Minimum 7 years experience in painting and coating inspection of petrochemical / oil and gas / fertilizer industry related equipment and facilities
3.NACE, ERS, CSWIP or PCN Level-II certified coating inspector
4.Computer literate (Fully conversant with MS office)
5.Proficiency in written and spoken English
NDT Level II - An NDT Level II individual shall be qualified to set up and calibrate equipment, perform NDE and interpret and evaluate results with respect to the NDE procedures in the NDE Manual. The NDT level II shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method(S) for which qualified and shall exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Trainees and NDT Level I personnel. The NDT Level II shall be able to organize, report and endorse the results of NDE. When designated as an Interpreter only, the NDT level II may verify that NDE is properly performed, including the setting up and calibration of equipment, but shall not independently perform NDE.
NDT Level II shall have either BSc degree or diploma in Engineering wit at lest 6-7 years experience within the petrochemical / oil and gas / fertilizer industry.
NDT Level I - An NDT Level I individual shall be qualified to properly perform specific calibrations and specific NDE; to follow the NDE procedures in the Equate Procedures; and, to perform specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection and document the result in accordance with written instructions. The NDT Level I shall receive the necessary instruction or supervision from a cerified Level II or III. NDT Level I shall have the equivalent of high school education with at least 4 years experience within the petrochemical /oil and gas / fertilizer industry.
